Rushikulya Seva Samiti is a religious and charitable trust registered in India (Registration No. 40612602226, dated March 2026).
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
1. To help and collaborate in establishing temples / religious places, spiritual / yoga centres, old age homes, ashrams, gausalas, rehabilitation, cooperative farming, institutions for the destitute, vocational training centres, and self-employment oriented skilling activities for the unemployed.
2. To acquire movable or immovable properties by purchase, mortgage, lease, gifts, grants, legacy, bequest, exchange, right privilege from any person(s), company, society, government bodies or institutions whatsoever and to hold movable or immovable properties lawfully held of all descriptions.
3. To receive by way of gift, whether in cash money or property (movable or immovable), donations and contributions in any legal form, including legacy, behest, wills, trusteeship, etc. for the benefit of the Religious and Charitable Trust.
4. To alienate by way of sale, mortgage, lease, charge transfer all or any part of property of the Religious and Charitable Trust.
5. To invest or reinvest any funds money of the Religious and Charitable Trust in the interest of the beneficiaries of the Trust.
6. To execute such agreements, conveyances, transfers, lease licence, mortgages, documents, etc. as many be deemed necessary to carry out the objectives of the Religious and Charitable Trust.
7. To borrow and raise any funds with or without security in any manner the Trust may think to repay the same.
8. To negotiate with or enter into arrangements with different authorities, bodies, industrial houses for grants, allowances, rights, concession, and privileges, etc. that may be beneficial to the beneficiaries of the Trust.
9. To use all the income from the properties (movable or immovable) or from the earning of the Trust as such whosoever derived from, solely for the advancement of the objectives. And that no portion of it be distributed or disbursed among the Trustee by way of profits, bonus or dividends. However, nothing herein contained shall prevent the payment in good faith in the shape of remuneration or reimbursement to any Trustee for any service rendered to the Religious and Charitable Trust or expenses incurred thereto.
10. To appoint or remove staff of different graces, prescribe their duties, assignments, services, conditions and to fix their wages, remunerations, and perquisites, etc.
11. To perform all the acts as are incidental and conducive to the attainment of all or any of the objectives of the Religious and Charitable Trust.
12. The income and earnings of the Trust shall be utilized to attain the aims and objectives of the organisation as desired by the Trustees of the Religious and Charitable Trust.
